Juvéderm treatment is a collection of injectable hyaluronic dermal fillers. It is used to reverse the appearance of aging on the face, such as wrinkles and folds. It can also be used for lip augmentation.
What is Juvéderm?®

What to expect during Juvéderm® treatment
During the initial consultation, the patient and the doctor will discuss expectations for the procedure. There is no need for extensive preparation since the procedure is minimally invasive and can be completed on the same day.
Simple instructions may be to avoid pain meds such as ibuprofen and aspirin. Drinking alcohol and smoking is also not advisable in the weeks leading up to treatment. The doctor will also need to know about any allergies and sensitivities.
During the procedure, the doctor will make markings on the site to be treated before injecting Juvéderm into the target area. Aftercare

The physician will let you know when it is safe to apply makeup.
